Merlot Plessiva
Ruby-coloured red wine which is impressive for the simplicity of its winey aroma
with hints of rose and strawberry. It has a dry, harmonious and slightly

Pinot Grigio Plessiva
Its golden colour is speckled by lead-coloured highlights, as if to remind us of
the ambiguous nature of its grape whose pale pulp is surrounded by dark skin.
The distinctive and unique aroma is clearly redolent of ripe tomato; its full,
pulpous flavour makes it a good choice for a wide range of food, from cold
starters to garnished fish, from shellfish to smoked cod. |

Ribolla Gialla Plessiva
Pale white wine with golden hues. It has a winey and fine aroma with hints of
flint, a soft, slightly acid, full-bodied flavour but with a gentle aftertaste.
It is a very neutral wine which can be served alone or as accompaniment to
various different dishes, from starters to fresh-water fish.

Pale white wine with greenish hints and an extremely delicate perfume, slightly

It is of a beautiful lemon-yellow colour, with a fine and delicately winey
